TESTIMONIALS
As a firefighter, we must always be ready, strong, available, and fearless. We often go without quality sleep due to long hours. The emotional tolls are challenging for many. Self-care, exercise, and healthy time with family is quite valued to re-charge and relax. Thank you to Lido Paddle Project for choosing to help all first responders.
There’s no more peaceful place for me than on a paddle board on the ocean. Out there, just me and nature. The concerns of the world fall away. It reminds me how truly beautiful this world is. Paddle boarding allows me to work out my frustrations, my stress, and refocus. It is truly the most perfect physical and mental therapy I have ever experienced. I served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and I know how beneficial this experience would be to my fellow veterans.
